Nose Creek Area Structure Plan

The new Nose Creek Area Structure Plan will set the vision for the development of approximately 679 hectares (1,678 acres) of land located in the City’s Northeast. The area is generally bounded by the Livingston neighborhood to the west, Deerfoot Trail to the east, Highway 566 to the north, and Stoney Trail Northwest to the south.

An area structure plan (ASP) is a long-range planning document that sets the vision for how new communities will evolve.
