Aurora Area Structure Plan

The new Aurora Area Structure Plan will set the vision for the development of approximately 234 hectares (578 acres) of land located in the City’s Northeast. The area is bounded by the established communities of Harvest Hills and Beddington Heights to the North and South, the Country Hills Golf Club to the West, and Nose Creek to the East.  

An area structure plan (ASP) is a long-range planning document that sets the vision for how new communities will evolve.
